Recent Projects in and around the north Dorset area included some of the Somerset
Garden fence
A complete new fence with concrete gravel boards and posts , this project was made more interesting due to the evaluation changes and side slopes within the garden
New decking
One of the projects I'm most proud of. It was a huge success. The biggest challenge was making widespread changes to the Space , and incorporating the existing shelter.
Garage cladding replacement
A job done correctly. It improved the home’s efficiency, offering more functionality, enhanced space-saving, and ensured less future maintenance requirements. This was one of my most challenging and enjoyable projects, because it was a lengthy process in which the client was involved with every step. Check out the end result for yourself!

Cast pipe work taken back to bare metal and treated with rust killer and top coated in white gloss

One of the projects I'm most proud of. It was a huge success. From start to finish, it was fun to add both function and style, making this property even more beautiful.
Picket fence rebuild
To rebuild This clients picket fence and make a new gate also replacing al the posts
Log store repairs and rebuild
This project was to repaIr the log stores using extra braces , then to make a new replica of the old bin store,
Path and drainage
Another happy customer, the clients wanted a path up to there at garden gate and drainage to stop the garage flooding , we plumbed in drainage pipes to the existing drain, set the new slabs and set in the bricks to match the driveway and filled the edges with 10mm Cotswold stone
Complete house, garage facia including soffits painting and repairs
To have the complete house scaffolded ,then we could carryout the repair to the facias safely , then we prepared sanded the entire house and garage ,undercoated then 2 coats of top coat , when dry refitted the aluminium guttering and cleaned
First floor sash window painting
Sash window repairs prep and painting to the first floor
Shed roof rubber membrane
A new rubber membrane , to replace the original felt , completely waterproofing the roof
Garden access steps
We completely rebuilt these steps to the original specifications with the addition of grip strips on the steps for added safety
roof repair
This shed roof had collapse due to rotten timber, new treated timbers and battens were cut to size and installed , then the original tiles were reinstated
Replacing garden gates
Timber facia board’s replacement
We replace the timber facia boards for this client on his garage after priming and painting
Brick replacements
Her were asked to replace the broken bricks in a sun room that had some frost damage
Picket gate and fence
Another project to keep a family pet safe , the picket style is very popular for this type of application with self closing spring on the gate .
Decorating a country cottage
This client requested a complete colour change in the drawing room , preparing and painting the ceilings walls windows and all the other woodwork not mention the removal of an old built in tv cupboard and making good the wall where it was attached
Replacement roof purlin
This repair found the exposed end of the purlin had rotted away .so we cut away well into the attic used two timber lengths either side of the new purlin section and sandwiched together with threaded bar square washers a new nuts , a small section of brickwork was removed and all replaced and made good on completion , before installation the timber was undercoated and glossed then touched up after completion

New tile and batten repairs
Replacing the end of the battens due to rot causing the end tiles to slip ,also a replacement tile cut to the correct width and a fresh bed of mortar to set the end tiles
